- Condition: The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. It should also include all accessories and documentation, if applicable.
- Proof of Purchase: You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return. These include:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
- Personal care items (such as skincare, beauty products, or intimate apparel)
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at returns@adattocreation.com with your order number and details about the product you wish to return.
- Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed instructions on how to return the item.
- Shipping: Pack the item securely and include the RAN. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).
Return Shipping
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over Rs.2000. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refund Policy
Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. This notification will include:
- Approval or Rejection: Confirmation if your return is approved or rejected.
- Processing Time: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Partial Refunds

- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Late or Missing Refunds

- Contact Your Bank or Credit Card Company: It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at exchanges@adattocreation.com.
Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded; sale items cannot be refunded.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us immediately at support@adattocreation.com. Include your order number, a description of the damage or defect, and photos if possible. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Cancellations
